AuditlyAiPro provides AI-powered website audits and recommendations for local businesses. We scan publicly available pages and generate reports to help you identify opportunities to improve your online presence.
3. Accounts and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Acceptable Use
You may only use the Service to audit websites you own or have permission to analyze. You may not use AuditlyAiPro to scrape data, harass others, distribute malware, or violate any applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its contents, including generated reports, are owned by AuditlyAiPro or its licensors. You receive a limited license to view and use reports for your own business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute them without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
AuditlyAiPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditlyAiPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for other reasonable business reasons. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
